Cranberry Orange Pull-Apart

Ingredients

24 Rhodes Dinner Rolls or 12 Rhodes Orange Rolls, thawed but still cold
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package non-instant vanilla pudding (small pkg)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
9 tablespoons orange rinds 1 orange rind, grated
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
48 ounces cream cheese 1 package of frosting, included with orange rolls

FROSTING:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

Directions:

Cut rolls in half and roll in dry pudding mix. Arrange, alternately with cranberries and orange rind, in large sprayed bundt pan. Sprinkle remaining pudding over rolls. Pour melted butter over top. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Cover with foil last 15 minutes of baking. Remove from oven and immediately invert onto a serving platter. Cool slightly and drizzle with cream cheese frosting.

*If using dinner rolls, add 1/4 cup sugar to pudding and follow recipe above.
