TO MAKE THE DRESSING: In a large bowl combine the dressing ingredients and whisk until smooth. The dressing will look curdled for a little while, but keep whisking until smooth.
In a large pot of boiling salted water cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and transfer to the bowl with the dressing.
Add the remaining ingredients to the spaghetti. Stir until evenly mixed. Serve warm, at room temperature, or cold.
