TO MAKE THE DRESSING: In a small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients.
In a medium bowl mix together the cabbage slices. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours. Serve cold or at room temperature.
