Put gelatin in bowl. Pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving juices. Measure reserved juices and enough water to make 1 cup. Stir into gelatin. Refrigerate until partially set. Stir in oranges, pineapple and sliced banana. Refrigerate until set. Before serving, spread with whipped topping.
