Dissolve gelatin into boiling water and stir until dissolved. Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Stir juice into gelatin. Chill until slightly thick. Prepare pudding mix using 1 1/2 cup cold milk. Let sit for 5 minutes until thickened. Fold into gelatin and stir in chopped peaches. Pour into mold or bowl. Chill until firm.
