All Together Light Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients

8 eggs, separated
1 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt or Mrs. Dash Table Blend
6 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored. Blend in cream, seasonings, and bacon. Beat egg whites till stiff; fold into egg mixture. Pour into 8 greased custard dishes. Place in a pan of hot water, and bake uncovered 25–30 minutes or until puffy.
