Slice bread horizontally to make 3 layers. With top and bottom layers, hollow out 2 inside cavities by pulling out some bread. Mix chicken salad and craisins together and fill bottom cavity. Put second layer on and spread with chicken salad. Fill top layer of bread with chicken salad and place on top. In blender, mix cucumber and cream cheese. Spread on top and sides of loaf. Refrigerate. Cut into wedges to serve.
