Preheat oven to 350°. In mixer bowl, blend cake mix, eggs, 1 cup sour cream, cream cheese, and oil until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake for 30–40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on cooling rack. Refrigerate leftovers.
Editor’s Extra: Even nicer with a glaze of 2 tablespoons lemon juice mixed with 1 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar.
