Slice 1 inch from top end of each orange. Remove “lid” and set aside. With a tablespoon, scoop out orange close to the skin. Gently pull fruit from peel and reserve. Take a thin slice off bottom so orange will stand.
Place a tablespoonful of granola or crumbs in each orange shell, reserving some for tops. Separate reserved pulp from membrane and seeds with your hands. Measure 1 cup of pulp; discard membrane and seeds.
In mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Blend in yogurt and pulp. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into orange shells; refrigerate 4–5 hours to set. Sprinkle tops with reserved granola or crumbs. Fun to stick a birthday candle in each one.
