Preheat oven to 425°. In a large mixing bowl, mix baking mix, sugar, milk, and butter. Roll out dough on lightly floured board to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into 4-inch rounds. Bake at 425° for 8–10 minutes. Serve with strawberries and juice on top. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
