Bring margarine, sugar, and milk to a full rolling boil. Boil 2 minutes, remove from heat, then add chocolate and pecans. Blend quickly; beat until of spreading consistency. When mixture goes from shiny to dull (about 2 minutes), it’s ready. Spread on a baked yellow or chocolate cake while cake is still warm.
