Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and powdered sugar. Beat well. Add chocolate chips and stir. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt® pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. When cake has cooled, invert onto a serving plate; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Tip: Serving ice cream is a snap…place scoops in a paper-lined muffin tin and freeze. At dessert time, each scoop will be all ready to top pie à la mode or place beside slices of cake.
