Freeze packaged dough for at least one hour, until firm. Turn a muffin tin upside-down; spray bottom with non-stick vegetable spray. Slice frozen dough into 1/2-inch slices; place a slice on the bottom of each muffin cup. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes at 350 degrees, until dough is golden and has formed around the cups. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes; remove carefully from tin. Fill baked cups as desired with pudding or pie filling.
