Prepare cake mix according to package directions; bake in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Use a fork to poke cake full of holes; slowly pour gelatin over cake. Refrigerate for one hour. In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix, vanilla extract, milk and orange extract. Fold in whipped topping; spread over cake. Store in refrigerator.
Tip: To make a cake extra rich, substitute 2 egg yolks for each whole egg.
