Coconut Crown Pound Cake

Ingredients

Coconut Crown Pound Cake:
1 (18 1/2-ounce) package French vanilla cake mix
1 (3 1/4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons coconut extract
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Coconut Icing:
1 (16-ounce) can cream cheese frosting
2 teaspoons coconut extract
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Directions:

Coconut Crown Pound Cake:
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and extract; beat for 2 minutes with an electric mixer on medium speed. Stir in coconut; pour into a greased and floured Bundt® cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool in pan; invert onto a serving plate. Spread Coconut Icing over the top.

Coconut Icing:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

Tip: For a decorative finish on a frosted cake, create wavy lines by drawing the tines of a fork through the frosting.
