Mix together pudding mix, one cup whipping cream, milk and chocolate chips in a saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened. Cool and pour into crust. Chill until set. Whip remaining whipping cream until stiff peaks form; spread over pie. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Keep refrigerated.
Tip: Try using refrigerated chocolate chip or sugar cookie dough to make a pie crust for a chilled filling or even for ice cream. Pat dough into pie plate, chill for 30 minutes, then bake as package directs.
