Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in oats and nuts. In a small bowl slightly beat egg; add milk and beat. Stir in oil and bananas. Add to dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 425° for about 15 minutes.
