Preheat oven to 325°. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; beat until well mixed. Pour into greased or Pam-sprayed 9x13-inch baking dish. May prepare ahead of use up to this point; cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours in advance. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes, or until firm to touch, at 325°.
Note: Good served with fresh fruit and buttered bread sticks.
