Serves: 4
1. Cook and drain green beans as directed on package. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until chilled.
2. Make Classic French Dressing.
3. Place lettuce in deep platter or salad bowl. Arrange green beans, tomatoes and eggs around edge of lettuce. Mound tuna in center sprinkle with olives. Sprinkle parsley over salad. Garnish with anchovies. Serve with dressing. Store covered in refrigerator.
