1. Trim excess fat from meat. Cut meat into 1-inch pieces. Place in a slow cooker.
2. Stir in soups, mushrooms or onion if desired, and wine. Scrape down sides of slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 4 1/2 hours or on low for 8 to 9 hours or until very tender.
Serve with noodles and French-cut green beans.
