1. Crumble ground beef and place in a slow cooker. Add green pepper, onion, parsley, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes with juice, green chilies, chili powder, garlic, salt, paprika and pepper. Stir well, scraping sides.
2. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
3. Spoon over buns or pasta.
Serve with French fries and pickles.
