Mix margarine, flour, and most of the pecans, and pat into a 9x13- inch glass baking dish. Bake 15 minutes and cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and 1 cup topping. Spread this carefully over first layer. Mix milk into pudding and beat for 2 minutes. Spread this over second layer. Spread remaining topping on top, and sprinkle with remaining chopped pecans. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, cut into squares and stand aside!
