Beat cake mix, pudding, oil, water, and eggs until well blended. Stir in by hand the chocolate chips and German chocolate. Bake in greased tube pan 1 hour at 300°. Test for doneness at end of 1 hour. May need cooking 10–15 minutes longer. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
