To make the "dirt," place 1 tablespoon chocolate crumbs into bottom of a small clear plastic cup. Add a scoop of softened chocolate ice cream, followed by a second layer of cookie crumbs. For grass, put green sprinkles on top. Place a cut straw into center of flowerpot and freeze.
Meanwhile make a "flower" by sticking gumdrops into sides of a cookie or peanut butter cup with toothpicks. To serve, press the flower into the straw. Add a candy spearmint leaf.
