Chicken:
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and minced onion in a shallow dish or pie pan; set aside. Mix crumbs and sesame seeds. Toss chicken in mayonnaise mixture, then roll in crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve hot or at room temperature with dip.
