In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture on a round serving platter. Cover cream cheese with cocktail sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, shrimp, onions, and tomato, in that order. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers or small pieces of assorted toasted bread.
