Mary Ann’s Sunrise Egg Bake

Ingredients

1 dozen egg, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
2 teaspoons dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked ham, chopped
1 (8-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup butter, diced

Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together. Stir in cheese, ham and mushrooms. Pour into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan; dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing into squares.
