Combine baking mix, oats, wheat germ and nuts in a large bowl; set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, peanut butter, yogurt and 3 cups milk. Add to dry ingredients and stir. Add additional milk if needed to get the consistency of applesauce. Fold in berries and chocolate chips, if using. Pour by 1/2 cupfuls onto a preheated waffle iron that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake until crisp, according to manufacturer’s directions. Serve with maple syrup or fruit topping and a dollop of whipped cream.
