Best on the Deck Potato Salad

Ingredients

Deck Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons steak sauce
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon sherry or other wine-flavored vinegar

Salad:
4 pounds small red potatoes, boiled, quartered
2 celery ribs, diced
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices lean snipped bacon, cooked crisp
a sprinkling of cayenne pepper

Directions:

Deck Dressing:
Mix all in large bowl.

Salad:
Fold potatoes while still warm into deck dressing. Let stand until cool. Add celery, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Garnish with crumbled bacon and cayenne pepper.
