Oriental Dressing:
Combine all ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid. Shake to mix.
Slaw:
Toast almonds on baking sheet at 350° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. In salad bowl, layer coleslaw mix and carrots. Pour dressing over top. Layer with onions, ramen noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Chill, covered, 2 hours. Toss just before serving.
