Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix sour cream and baking soda together in separate bowl and let stand until foamy. Add the rest of the ingredients to the above mixtures and mix well. Place into 4 greased and floured 9x5-inch bread pans and bake 50 minutes at 350° or until tooth-pick inserted comes out clean.
Editor's Extra: A good use of ripe bananas, this makes 4 loaves, so I often halve it. Okay to use Egg Beaters, low-fat sour cream and margarine—superb!
