Grease a tube pan with butter. Drop marmalade in by teaspoons evenly around bottom. Sprinkle with nuts.
Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Dip biscuits in melted butter, then in sugar mixture, one at a time. Stand them up close together around pan in two rows. Sprinkle any leftover sugar or butter over top. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Invert onto plate.
