Chicken Piccata I

Ingredients

1 egg
3 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
dash paprika
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water

Directions:

Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour. Brown both sides of chicken in butter. Add bouillon and 2 tablespoons lemon juice to chicken. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Freezes well.
