Stir-Fry Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

3 tablespoons margarine
1 pound stir-fry chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 (8-ounce) can, drained
1 (14-ounce) can tomato chunks
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups Minute rice
2 cups water

Directions:

In large skillet, heat margarine, chicken, onion, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Cook on medium heat until chicken is tender (20 minutes). Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

In a separate pan, prepare 2 cups of rice with 2 cups of water. Add cooked rice to chicken mixture. Heat for 2 minutes.
