Mix butter, mustard, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Dip chicken breasts in mixture and pat into mixture made with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese, parsley, and salt. Tuck ends into a bundle shape and place in a 9x13-inch roasting pan. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1–1 1/2 hours. Can be prepared ahead.
Editor's Extra: As a rule of thumb, if not specified, go ahead and spray pans with vegetable oil spray—makes clean-up easier.
