Put pork chops in a 7x11-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Bake covered at 350° for 45 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes more, basting with juice in bottom of pan.
Editor's Extra: I used thin pork chops and cut the baking time to 30 minutes. Add a teaspoon of cornstarch if you want it thicker!
