If there is a skin around meat, cut it in several places so it won’t curl up while frying in the pan. Pound meat a little. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Coat with flour. Beat egg and water (or milk) and dip cutlets in it. Coat with bread crumbs on both sides. Heat butter in fry pan and add meat. Let cook to a golden brown over medium heat, about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon slices.
