1. In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese, blue cheese, butter and orange juice until blended and fluffy (mixture will not be smooth).
2. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in center of each pear half. Place in individual serving dishes, two per serving. Sprinkle with nuts.
