Crust:
1. Mix together in bowl, spread in a pie plate.
2. Bake at 350° F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool before putting filling in it.
Filling:
1. Make jello by boiling water, add gelatin and let it dissolve. Add cold water with ice cubes. Stir until ice cubes melt. Stir in whipped cream. Let sit in refrigerator until slightly firm, whisk again. Pour into crust. May need to stir around a little in the crust, to make sure all the jello is mixed with whipped cream.
2. Let cool for four hours or overnight in refrigerator.
