1. Spread chopped tomatoes in the bottom of a greased, shallow baking dish. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tomatoes. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter, cut into pieces. Pour reserved juice over top.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy flour, salt, soda, oats, and splenda. Stir in melted butter to make a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle evenly over the tomatoes. Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and crisp is lightly browned. Serve warm.
