1. Place Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, and stir until dissolved.
2. Place the Jello in the refrigerator to cool down, but do not wait for the Jello to set. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until it peaks.
3. Add the Jello to the bowl of whipped cream and mix well. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or until set.
