1. Melt peanut butter and butter in microwave or double boiler.
2. Mix in the splenda thoroughly.
3. Add protein powder and stir until it is well blended.
4. Spray the bottom of a large cake tin with PAM. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly with a rubber spatula.
5. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-inch by 1 1/2-inch pieces.
