Heat oven to 375°. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cut each bacon slice into fourths. Cook and stir over medium heat until crisp, then drain. Set bacon aside.
Mix apples and sugar; spread in dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Beat remaining ingredients with hand beater until smooth. Pour over top. Bake, uncovered, until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30–35 minutes. Cut in squares to serve.
