Ingredients

2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 egg, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

Grease 9x13-inch pan. Spread 1 package rolls on bottom, stretching to cover. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla, and 3/4 cup sugar. Spread on top of rolls. Spread out other package of rolls on top of cream cheese; brush with egg white and sprinkle with additional sugar. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting.
