Mix ham and cream cheese in a bowl; set aside. Unroll and separate crescent rolls; place a spoonful of ham mixture on each. Roll up; place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 425 degrees.
Tip: Yummy pancake and waffle syrup in your favorite fruit flavor! Combine a small box of fruit-flavored gelatin, one cup water, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, pour into a syrup pitcher and let cool slightly before serving.
