Combine cake mix, one egg and butter; pat into the bottom of a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Set aside. Mix remaining eggs, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together; pour over cake mixture. Top with almonds; bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool; cut into squares.
Tip: Liven up plain orange juice with a splash of sparkling white grape juice or ginger ale…serve in stemmed glasses for a festive breakfast beverage.
