Combine cake mix, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda; add water, pumpkin and eggs. Set aside. Blend brown sugar, walnuts, flour and butter until crumbly; set aside. Pour half of pumpkin mixture into a greased 13"x9" pan; sprinkle with half of the nut mixture. Pour on remaining pumpkin mixture; top with remaining nut mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
Tip: Set the breakfast table the night before…enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the morning!
