Graham-Streusel Coffee Cake:
Combine crumbs, walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir in margarine. Set aside. Stir cake mix, water, oil and eggs together; beat for 1-1/2 minutes. Pour half of mixture into a greased 13"x9" baking pan; sprinkle with half the crumb mixture. Spoon remaining cake mixture over the top. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes; cool. Drizzle Powdered Sugar Icing over the top.
Powdered Sugar Icing:
Mix sugar, vanilla and enough water to make a drizzling consistency.
Tip: Easy-squeezy! Place icing ingredients in a plastic zipping bag. Squeeze to mix well, then snip off a small corner and squeeze to drizzle over baked goods…just toss away the empty bag.
