Combine garlic, onion, parsley, soy sauce, oil, mustard, and honey. Mix thoroughly in food processor or with wire whisk. Marinate wings for several hours at room temperature or overnight (covered in refrigerator).
Bake wings on a cookie sheet or jellyroll pan at 300° for 45 minutes, turning once, and broil for approximately 5 minutes or until wings are brown and bubbly.
