Chipmunk Pie


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 340

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons green peppers, finely chopped
1 small jar dried chipped beef, cut finely with scissors
1/2 - 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Place in pie plate. Heat in 325° oven for about 15 minutes. Serve as dip or spread.
